Volume
3.67 yd³

How it works

Calculate concrete volume needed for a rectangular slab.

Who it's for: Homeowners, contractors, and DIY builders ordering ready-mix or bagged concrete.

Volume = length × width × thickness, converted to cubic yards.

Uses US customary units: feet for dimensions, cubic yards for output.

One cubic yard equals 27 cubic feet.

How to use

  1. Enter Length and Width of the slab in feet.
  2. Enter Thickness in feet (e.g., 4 inches = 0.33 ft).
  3. Read Volume in yd³ and order that amount from your supplier.

Good to know

  • Add 5–10% extra for waste, uneven subgrade, and spillage during pour.
