How it works
Calculate the dollar value of one pip for a standard forex lot size.
Who it's for: Forex traders sizing positions and estimating profit or loss per pip move.
Pip value = lot size × 100,000 × pip size for USD-quoted pairs.
Assumes a standard lot where 1 lot = 100,000 units of base currency.
Pip size is 0.0001 for most pairs and 0.01 for JPY pairs.
How to use
